What we do with
what you send us.
Short version: we collect what you type into the enquiry form, and we use it to arrange your water test and quote you. We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising. Nothing is measured about your visit unless you agree to it first, and saying no costs you nothing.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Shree Balaji Enterprise, a sole proprietorship of Eshaan Khurana, trading as KYNA Water Solutions (“KYNA”, “we”, “us”). We supply and service industrial reverse osmosis plants and water softeners in India, from Ground Floor, W-127, PVC Market, Pocket-W, Jawalapuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110087.
For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below. That means we decide why it is collected and what happens to it, and we are answerable for it.
2. What we collect
There is exactly one place on this website where you can give us anything, and that is the enquiry form. It asks for:
- Your name and mobile number. Required, because we call you to fix a time for the survey.
- Your email address. Optional.
- Your city or area. Optional, and used to plan the visit.
- The type of building and the system you are asking about. Both chosen from a list.
- Anything you type into the notes box. Please do not put anything sensitive in there. It is a free-text field and we cannot control what arrives in it.
Two other things happen when the form is submitted, and neither is stored. The form carries a hidden field that a person never sees and never fills, and it notes how long the page was open before you pressed send. Both are there to catch automated spam. If either is triggered the submission is discarded and nothing is sent anywhere.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card details, bank details, Aadhaar or PAN numbers, or health information.
If you agree to analytics
If, and only if, you accept analytics when we ask, Google Analytics collects information about the visit itself: which pages you looked at and in what order, roughly how long you stayed, whether you arrived from a search or a link, and the general kind of device and browser you used. It also receives your IP address, from which it works out an approximate location, usually no finer than a city. We have IP anonymisation switched on, so Google shortens the address before storing it.
None of that is tied to your name. We use it to see which pages people find useful and which they leave, and for nothing else. It is not used for advertising, we have not enabled any Google advertising feature, and nothing is passed to an ad network.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records the requests its servers receive, which includes your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. Those logs are held by Vercel under their own retention rules and are used for delivering the site and for security. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything you send through the form.
3. Why we collect it
For one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. In practice that means calling or messaging you, arranging the free water analysis at your building, and preparing a quotation for the system your readings call for.
We rely on your consent, given by choosing to fill in and submit the form. You are not required to give us anything; you can simply call or message us instead, on the number below.
We do not use your details for marketing lists, we do not send bulk email, and we do not sell or rent them to anybody.
5. Who else sees it
We keep the list of people who touch your data as short as we can. It is currently three companies, and none of them is an advertiser.
- FormSubmit delivers the enquiry form. When you press send, the contents of the form are posted to their service, which turns it into an email and forwards it to us. They handle the message in transit.
- Google, twice over. Enquiries arrive in a Gmail inbox and stay there. Separately, and only with your agreement, Google Analytics measures visits to the site. The two are not joined up: Google Analytics never receives anything you typed into the form.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
- Meta, but only if you choose to use a WhatsApp link. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you tap one, and from that point the conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy rather than ours.
We will also disclose personal data where we are legally required to, for example in response to a lawful order from a court or a government authority.
6. Sending data outside India
FormSubmit, Google and Vercel are companies outside India, and their servers may be too. That means your enquiry is processed outside India before it reaches us. By submitting the form you agree to that transfer. If you would rather your details never left the country, please call or message us instead of using the form.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, and then deleted from the inbox. That is long enough for a customer who enquired last season to come back and be recognised, and no longer.
Where an enquiry becomes a job, the records that go with it (survey readings, quotations, invoices, service history) are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records, and for as long as we may need them to honour a warranty or a rental agreement.
Analytics data, if you agreed to it, is kept by Google under its own retention setting. We set that to the shortest period Google offers, and the cookies themselves expire two years after your last visit. You can delete them yourself at any time by clearing cookies for this site.
You can ask us to delete your details sooner. See your rights below.
8. How it is protected
The honest position is that a small website cannot promise perfect security, and you should be suspicious of any that does. What we can tell you is what is actually in place:
- The site is served only over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted between your browser and the form service.
- There is no database and no login anywhere on this site. Enquiries pass through to an inbox; there is no store of customer records sitting behind this website to be breached.
- The site runs a strict Content Security Policy that forbids scripts, styles, images and connections from anywhere but its own domain, with the single exception of the form service. That is what stops an injected script stealing what you type.
- Access to the inbox that receives enquiries is restricted to people at KYNA who need it.
If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you and who we have shared it with.
- Correct or complete it if it is wrong or out of date.
- Erase it, where we are not required to keep it for a legal or contractual reason.
- Withdraw your consent, at any time and as easily as you gave it. For analytics that is the Cookie settings link in the footer, which is one click, the same as giving it. For an enquiry you have already sent, write to us. Withdrawing does not undo what was done before you withdrew, and withdrawing consent for an enquiry may mean we can no longer arrange a survey for you.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapable of exercising them yourself.
- Complain to us and, if we do not resolve it, to the Data Protection Board of India.
Write to the address in section 12 and we will respond. There is no charge. We may need to check who you are first, so that we do not hand your details to somebody else.
10. Children
This site is meant for people buying or specifying water treatment equipment, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
11. Changes to this policy
If what we do with your data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. We will not quietly broaden what we use your details for. If a change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will tell you.
12. Contact and grievances
