The rules this
website runs on.
Short version: this site tells you what we do and lets you ask us to come and test your water. It is not a shop, nothing on it is a binding offer, and a job only becomes a job when there is a signed agreement.

1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Shree Balaji Enterprise, a sole proprietorship of Eshaan Khurana, trading as KYNA Water Solutions (“KYNA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), of Ground Floor, W-127, PVC Market, Pocket-W, Jawalapuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110087. “You” means anyone who visits or uses this website.
2. Accepting them
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Reading them is not a condition of contacting us: you are always welcome to simply call.
These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. Read together, the three of them are the whole of what governs this website.
3. Nothing here is an offer
No page on this site is an offer capable of being accepted, and nothing you do on it creates a contract. Descriptions, capacities, specifications, rental terms, warranty periods, response times and anything else stated here are for information. They become binding only when they appear in a written quotation or agreement that we have both signed.
Where this site gives figures (a capacity range, a rental tenure, a deposit, a notice period, a response time) those describe how we normally work. The system you are quoted, and the terms you are quoted on, follow the survey of your building and the readings taken there.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the enquiry form is a request that we contact you. It is not an order, it does not reserve equipment, and it does not oblige either of us to anything.
We may decline any enquiry, and we may decline to quote, without giving a reason. We do our best to reply promptly, but we do not guarantee a response within any particular time to an enquiry made through this website.
Please give us accurate details. If the name, number or address you give is wrong, we cannot reach you, and we cannot be responsible for a survey that did not happen because of it.
5. How you may use this site
You may read it, print it, and share links to it, for your own use or for the ordinary business purposes of an organisation considering our systems. You may use the enquiry form to make a genuine enquiry.
6. What you may not do
- Submit the enquiry form automatically, repeatedly, or with details that are not yours to give.
- Use this site, or anything on it, to send unsolicited messages to anybody.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically copy the content, or collect contact details from it for a mailing list or a database.
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its host or its infrastructure that is not made public.
- Probe or test the site's security, interfere with its availability, or introduce anything malicious to it.
- Copy, reproduce or republish substantial parts of the text or the technical drawings, or use them in your own marketing, without our written permission.
- Frame the site, or present it as your own, or remove any notice of ownership from it.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in any way that breaks Indian law.
7. Who owns what
The KYNA name and mark, the text on these pages, the layout, and the two technical line drawings of the RO skid and the softener are ours and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The drawings in particular were made for this site and are not stock artwork.
Nothing on this site transfers any of that to you. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the drawings.
If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, tell us at the address in section 15 and we will look into it promptly.
9. Links to other services
Some buttons open WhatsApp, and some links start a phone call. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and their own privacy policies. We do not control them and we are not responsible for them. Opening a WhatsApp conversation with us is your choice, not a requirement of using this site.
10. Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. It is provided as it is, and we give no warranty about it beyond what the law requires us to give.
11. Limits of our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that Indian law does not permit us to limit or exclude. Subject to that:
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on this website, as opposed to information in a written quotation or agreement from us.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, or loss of anticipated savings.
- We are not liable for any loss caused by the site being unavailable, or by an enquiry that did not reach us.
- We are not liable for anything done by WhatsApp, by our form provider, by our host, or by any other third party.
Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by anything in these terms.
Liability arising from equipment we have actually supplied, installed or serviced is dealt with in the agreement covering that job, not here.
12. Indemnity
If you use this website in a way these terms forbid, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from it.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
14. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction over you where that is necessary to protect our rights.
