What we measure.
Three readings, taken from the supply your building actually runs on rather than a sample you bring us. Each one decides something different about the system.
Total hardness

How acidic or alkaline the supply is. Out of range it corrodes pipework and shortens the life of a membrane.

- What each one means for your building. Which readings need treating, which are already fine, and which can wait.
- A quote, only if there is something to quote. Sized against the numbers on the sheet, with running cost stated.

Before you book
Questions we get asked.
Is the test really free?
Yes. There is no fee for the visit or the analysis, and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. You keep the report either way.
How long does it take?
About half an hour at a home or a flat. Larger sites take longer, because we also measure your daily draw and look at where a plant could physically sit.
Does someone need to be there?
Someone who can show us the inlet, the storage tank and the pump room. For a home that is usually whoever is in. For a site, your maintenance in-charge.
What if my water turns out to be fine?
Then we tell you that and there is nothing to quote. It happens, and it is a better outcome for both of us than selling you a plant you did not need.
Do you cover my area?
Yes. We work across India. Tell us your city when you book and we will fix the survey date from there.
Can you test water for a site that already has a plant?
Yes, and it is worth doing. We test the feed and the treated water, which tells you whether the existing plant is still performing or quietly costing you money.
