Ion exchange, sized on your measured hardness

Hard water leaves scale in your geyser, your washing machine and your taps, and shortens the life of all three. A water softener removes the hardness where the supply enters the house, so every outlet in the home runs on soft water.

Rent instead of buy

The rental terms,
before you ask.

Rental applies to industrial RO plants. Softeners are supplied on purchase only. Final tenure and rental are set after the site survey, because both depend on the plant your readings call for.

Minimum tenure
Twelve months.
Rent for the term
Fixed for the twelve months. No escalation.
Security deposit
Two months’ rental, paid up front. Refunded in full within thirty days of the plant being collected, less any damage beyond fair wear.
Included in the rental
Servicing, membrane replacement and breakdown repair.
Breakdown response
A technician on site within forty-eight hours of the call.
You provide
A covered, level base for the skid; three-phase power with earthing; the raw water line and storage; and a drain that can take the reject stream.
Notice to end
Thirty days in writing, any time after the twelve-month minimum.
Option to buy
Available at any time. A share of the rent already paid is credited against the purchase price, quoted on request.
