How we work
No tricks.
No oversizing.
Water treatment is settled engineering. The part that goes wrong is the selling. So we changed the order it happens in.
Four things we
do not bend on.
The survey comes before the price
Nobody at KYNA quotes a system they have not tested for. We visit, we measure, and only then do we put a number on paper. If your water turns out not to need treating, we say so and there is nothing to sell.
Sized to the load, not the invoice
An oversized plant is the easiest way to inflate a quote. We size on your measured hardness and your real daily draw, and we show you the working.
The whole cost, upfront
Nothing is left off the quote. The machine, the power it draws and the consumables it needs are all priced upfront, so there is no cost waiting to surface later.
Service you can hold us to
Maintenance contracts carry response times in writing. Verbal promises are what suppliers give when they do not intend to be measured against them.
What actually happens.
Five stages, in this order, on a two-bedroom flat and on a two-hundred-room hotel alike.
We visit
You pick the slot. We look at the inlet, the storage, the pump room and where a system could physically sit.
We test
Three readings from your actual supply: hardness, dissolved solids and pH.
We size
Capacity worked out from the readings and your daily draw, then quoted with power and consumables included.
We install
Supplied, plumbed, commissioned and handed over, with your team shown how the system is meant to be run.
We service
Scheduled visits, membrane and resin changes when they are due, and a response time written into the contract.
Straight answers
What people ask
before they commit.
How do I know the system you quote is the right size?
Because the quote shows the readings it was sized from, and the daily draw we measured. If a number in the quote does not follow from a number in the report, ask us about it. That is the point of giving you both.
Why should I rent rather than buy an RO plant?
Rental makes sense when the demand is temporary or still changing: project sites, seasonal load, a building that is filling up in phases. If your demand is settled and you plan to stay, buying usually works out cheaper over the life of the plant, and we will tell you that.
What happens when something breaks?
On a maintenance contract, the response time is in the contract. On a warranty repair outside a contract, we schedule as fast as we can and tell you honestly when that is, rather than promising same-day and arriving next week.
Do you service systems you did not supply?
Yes, once we have surveyed the plant and understand what it is. We test the feed and the treated water first, because that tells us whether the plant is still doing its job or quietly costing you money.
Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?
We engineer and build the systems we supply, and we source certified components for the parts nobody should be making in a workshop, membranes and control valves in particular. Ask us on any given job and we will tell you exactly which is which.
Start where every
job starts.
A free analysis at your building. If the readings call for a system, you will get a quote sized against them. If they do not, you will get that in writing too.
- No charge and no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
- About thirty minutes on site, at a time that suits you.
- You keep the written report, whatever you decide to do next.
